Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly The director of health may assess the operating funds of the department to pay a share of the department's administrative costs. The assessments shall be based on a plan that the director develops. Assessments shall be paid from the funds designated in the plan and credited by means of intrastate transfer voucher to the central support indirect fund which is hereby created in the state treasury.
