Effective: September 24, 1971 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 343 - 109th General Assembly Applications for grants, loans, or loan guarantees under the federal act for hospital and medical facilities construction or modernization projects shall be submitted to the director of health and may be submitted by the state or any political subdivision thereof or by any other public or nonprofit agency eligible under the federal act. Each application for a construction or modernization project shall conform to federal and state requirements.
