Effective: September 24, 1971 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 343 - 109th General Assembly The state construction and modernization program shall provide, in accordance with regulations prescribed under the federal act, for adequate hospital and medical facilities for the people residing in this state and in so far as possible shall provide for their distribution throughout the state in such manner as to make all types of hospital and medical facilities service reasonably accessible to all persons.
