Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly In formulating and administering the blood bank program, the department of health may establish necessary standards, promulgate necessary rules and regulations, utilize the facilities and services of other official agencies and of voluntary organizations which may be made available to the department, and co-operate, if requested, with agencies and organizations engaged in a similar program on a local or state basis.
