Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The director of health shall keep health officials and the general public fully informed in a printed annual report in regard to the work of the department of health and on the progress that is being made in studying the cause and prevention of disease and such kindred subjects as may contribute to the welfare of the people of the state.
