Effective: June 29, 1988 Latest Legislation: House Bill 772 - 117th General Assembly Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, sections 9.98 to 9.983 of the Revised Code apply to convention facilities authority bonds and notes issued under this chapter. Convention facilities authority bonds and notes issued under this chapter need not comply with any other law applicable to the issuance of bonds or notes.
