Effective: October 27, 1981 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 114 - 114th General Assembly The board of county commissioners may appropriate from the county general fund any sum, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars, towards defraying the expense of a county centennial, sesquicentennial, bicentennial, or other celebration for any subsequent fifty-year period.
