Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Each administrative board or other authority in the state, having control of a county jail, shall provide for the holding of religious services and the conducting of other welfare work in such jail, by such persons or organizations, and at such time, as the probate judge directs.
