Effective: October 10, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 173 - 123rd General Assembly When a county or district tuberculosis control unit becomes aware that an individual with active or communicable tuberculosis is not in compliance with section 339.82 of the Revised Code, the unit shall inform the individual that section 339.82 of the Revised Code requires compliance and that the unit may issue an order under section 339.84 of the Revised Code compelling the individual to comply.
