Effective: July 28, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 118th General Assembly The issuance of a permit pursuant to sections 3332.10 and 3332.11 of the Revised Code does not constitute approval of any program or the person offering, conducting, or otherwise administering the program, unless such person holds the certificate of registration and appropriate program authorization required by section 3332.05 of the Revised Code. Any representation contrary to this section or tending to imply that a permit issued pursuant to sections 3332.10 and 3332.11 of the Revised Code constitutes such approval is misrepresentation within the meaning of this chapter.
