Effective: April 3, 2003 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 266 - 124th General Assembly The fact that a bond is in force pursuant to section 3332.08 of the Revised Code does not limit nor impair any right of recovery otherwise available pursuant to law, nor is the amount of such bond relevant in determining the amount of damages or other relief to which any plaintiff may be entitled.
