Student Tuition Recovery Fund.

The student tuition recovery fund is created in the custody of the treasurer of state, but not as a part of the state treasury. All revenues received from payments received under section 3332.085 of the Revised Code from schools registered by the state board of career colleges and schools and any other sources shall be deposited into the fund. The treasurer of state shall invest any portion of the fund not needed for immediate use in the same manner as in the investment of state funds. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund. The treasurer of state shall disburse money from the fund on order of the chairperson of the student tuition recovery authority or the chairperson's designee.
All moneys and other assets acquired by the authority shall be held in trust to carry out its powers and duties and shall be used and reused to provide for the services described in this chapter.
