Effective: August 28, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 402 - 124th General Assembly The parent or guardian of a child of compulsory school age shall secure and keep on file the proper age and schooling certificate of the parent's or guardian's child or ward if such child or ward is employed by the parent or guardian.
