Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The city, exempted village, or local school district in which a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter is located is a participating school district under this chapter. Any other city, exempted village, or local school district may agree to be a participating school district.
