Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter or Chapter 3301-83 of the Administrative Code, the department of education and workforce shall develop an online bus driver training program to satisfy the classroom portion of pre-service and annual in-service training for school bus driver certification.
