Permitted Applications by Schools.

A science, technology, engineering, and mathematics school may do both of the following:
(A) Apply to any state or federal agency for grants that a school district or public school may receive under federal or state law or any appropriations act of the general assembly;
(B) Apply to any private entity or foundation for additional funds.
