Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly As used in sections 3326.31 to 3326.50 of the Revised Code: (A) "Formula amount" has the same meaning as in section 3317.02 of the Revised Code. (B) "IEP" means an individualized education program as defined in section 3323.01 of the Revised Code.
