Effective: September 24, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 316 - 129th General Assembly (A) Except as provided by section 3326.031 of the Revised Code, each science, technology, engineering, and mathematics school shall have a treasurer who is licensed under section 3301.074 of the Revised Code. The governing body of the school and the treasurer shall comply with sections 3301.072, 3313.22 to 3313.32, 3313.51, and 3315.08 of the Revised Code in the same manner as a school district board of education and a district treasurer. (B) Financial records of each STEM school shall be maintained in the same manner as are financial records of school districts, pursuant to rules of the auditor of state.
