Effective: June 30, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly Each science, technology, engineering, and mathematics school and its governing body shall comply with Chapter 3323. of the Revised Code as if it were a school district. The school district in which a STEM school student is entitled to attend school and the student's school district of residence, if different, are not obligated to provide the student with a free appropriate public education under Chapter 3323. of the Revised Code for as long as the student attends a STEM school.
