Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly Any person employed by a school district and assigned to a school as a principal or any other position may also serve as the district's gifted education coordinator, if qualified to do so pursuant to the rules adopted by the department of education and workforce under this chapter.
