Effective: September 4, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 181 - 123rd General Assembly Whoever violates division (A) of section 3321.38 of the Revised Code may be fined not more than five hundred dollars or may be ordered to perform not more than seventy hours of community service work.
