Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly True copies of all contracts made on behalf of this state pursuant to sections 3319.42 and 3319.43 of the Revised Code shall be kept on file in the offices of the department of education and workforce and of the secretary of state.
