Effective: March 30, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 79 - 126th General Assembly Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code, the provisions of sections 3319.313 and 3319.314 of the Revised Code prevail over any conflicting provisions of a collective bargaining agreement or contract for employment entered into after the effective date of this section.
