Effective: June 22, 1957 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 443 - 102nd General Assembly No holding that sections 3318.01 to 3318.20 of the Revised Code or any provision thereof are unconstitutional in their application to any school district or contract shall affect any other school district or contract made under sections 3318.01 to 3318.20, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
