Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly For any project undertaken with financial assistance from the state under this chapter, the amount of state appropriations to be encumbered for the project in each fiscal year shall be determined by the Ohio facilities construction commission based on the project's estimated construction schedule for that year. In each fiscal year subsequent to the first year in which state appropriations are encumbered for the project, the project has priority for state funds over projects for which initial state funding is sought.
