Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly The board of education of any school district imposing a tax for the purpose of paying the state pursuant to section 3318.06 of the Revised Code prior to the effective date of the amendments to that section by Amended Substitute House Bill No. 748 of the 121st general assembly, may enter into a supplemental agreement with the Ohio facilities construction commission under which the proceeds of such tax shall be distributed in accordance with the requirements of section 3318.06 of the Revised Code, as amended by Amended Substitute House Bill No. 748 of the 121st general assembly.
