Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly A school district ranked in the first through twenty-fifth percentiles may adopt and certify to the Ohio facilities construction commission a resolution specifying a proposed project that meets the requirements of this chapter and the needs of the district, as confirmed through an on-site visit pursuant to section 3318.02 of the Revised Code. The commission shall consider such projects for conditional approval pursuant to section 3318.03 and shall encumber funds pursuant to section 3318.04 of the Revised Code in the order in which such resolutions are received.
