Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The department of education and workforce shall compute and distribute to each cooperative education school district for each fiscal year an amount equal to the sum of the following: (A) An amount equal to the total of the amounts credited to the cooperative education school district pursuant to division (H) of section 3317.023 of the Revised Code; (B) An amount for assisting in providing free lunches to needy children pursuant to division (D) of section 3317.024 of the Revised Code.
