Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly Sections 3315.40 and 3315.41 of the Revised Code do not apply to either of the following: (A) A school district that has received funds for a project under Chapter 3318. of the Revised Code, so long as the purchase price to be paid by the board for the state's interest in the project has not been paid; (B) A school district that has an outstanding loan under section 3313.483 of the Revised Code.
