Effective: October 11, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 407 - 124th General Assembly The boards of education of any city, exempted village, local, or joint vocational school districts or the governing boards of educational service centers may enter into contracts for a term not exceeding one year, upon such terms as each board deems expedient, with each other, or with a private driver training school licensed under section 4508.03 of the Revised Code, for the purpose of providing instruction in driver education under section 3301.17 of the Revised Code.
