Effective: September 12, 2008 Latest Legislation: House Bill 428 - 127th General Assembly Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code, the provisions of sections 3314.40 and 3314.401 of the Revised Code prevail over any conflicting provisions of a collective bargaining agreement or contract for employment entered into after March 30, 2007.
