Effective: September 24, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 316 - 129th General Assembly The governing authority of a community school, other than an internet- or computer-based community school, may screen students for body mass index and weight status category. If a governing authority elects to require the screenings, it shall comply with section 3313.674 of the Revised Code in the same manner required of a school district board of education.
