Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly Each community school shall annually submit to the department of education and workforce and auditor of state a report of each instance under which a student who is enrolled in that community school resides in a children's residential center as defined under section 5103.05 of the Revised Code.
