Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly Each community school shall post on the school's web site the name of each member of the school's governing authority. Each community school also shall provide, upon request, the name and address of each member of the governing authority to the sponsor of the school and the department of education and workforce.
