Effective: June 24, 2008 Latest Legislation: House Bill 562 - 127th General Assembly The governing authorities of two or more community schools may enter into a pooling agreement under which the schools may act jointly to do any of the following: (A) Purchase health insurance for the schools' employees; (B) Secure liability insurance for the schools; (C) Purchase other goods or services necessary for the operation of the schools; (D) Provide transportation to students enrolled in the schools.
