Effective: April 6, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 281 - 134th General Assembly No person shall establish any institution to house or care for persons having a communicable disease, as defined by the director of health, within two thousand feet of any public, private, or parochial school operating under the standards set by the school laws or school land used for recreational purposes in connection with school activities.
