Effective: September 29, 1995 Latest Legislation: House Bill 117 - 121st General Assembly The treasurer of an educational service center governing board or a city, exempted village, or local board of education shall notify the board of elections of all changes in the boundaries of the school district or educational service center territory. Such notification shall be made in writing and contain a plat clearly showing all boundary changes and shall be filed not later than ten days after the change of boundaries becomes effective with the board of election of the county or counties in which the school district or educational service center territory is located.
