Effective: May 27, 1976 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 285 - 111th General Assembly A board of education of a city, local, exempted village, or joint vocational school district may expend funds to advertise the offering by the district of adult education classes as provided for in sections 3313.52, 3313.531, 3313.641, and 3313.644 of the Revised Code.
