Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly In accordance with division (A) of section 3310.62 of the Revised Code, the department shall make no payments under section 3317.022 of the Revised Code to an applicant for a first-time scholarship for a qualified special education child while any administrative or judicial mediation or proceedings with respect to the content of the child's individualized education program are pending.
