Effective: March 30, 2006 Latest Legislation: House Bill 530 - 126th General Assembly Except as provided in division (D) of section 3310.11 of the Revised Code, documents relative to the educational choice scholarship pilot program that the department holds in its files are public records under section 149.43 of the Revised Code and may be released pursuant to that section subject to the provisions of section 3319.321 of the Revised Code and the "Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974," 88 Stat. 571, 20 U.S.C. 1232g, as amended.
