Effective: March 22, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 572 - 132nd General Assembly To the extent to which it is used in determining the liability of any fund created by section 3307.14 of the Revised Code, the state teachers retirement board shall verify the information provided under section 3307.213 of the Revised Code by the best evidence it is able to obtain. If official records are not available as to the length of service of a teacher, compensation, or other information required, the board may use its discretion as to the evidence to be accepted.
