Effective: October 1, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 408 - 122nd General Assembly All moneys received by each county from the state, or from the federal government under the "Social Security Act," or any act of the congress amendatory of or in substitution for such act, for Ohio works first under Chapter 5107. of the Revised Code, the prevention, retention, and contingency program under Chapter 5108. of the Revised Code, or for any other welfare activity, shall be considered appropriated for the purposes for which such moneys were received.
