Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The county engineer may transcribe any dilapidated maps, records of plats, and field notes of surveys in his office if such work is directed by the board of county commissioners, into suitable books, provided by him for that purpose and paid for from the county treasury, which shall be placed among the records in his office, made a part of such records, and have the same validity and legal effect as other similar records in his office.
