Effective: February 14, 1967 Latest Legislation: House Bill 2 - 107th General Assembly The county engineer shall have the same power as judges of county courts to take and certify the acknowledgments of deeds, mortgages, powers of attorney, and other instruments affecting real estate, to administer oaths, and to take and certify affidavits and depositions.
