Effective: September 16, 1998 Latest Legislation: House Bill 648 - 122nd General Assembly A child support enforcement agency that learns that an obligor under a support order administered by the agency who was a member of the public employees retirement system, school employees retirement system, or state teachers retirement system has died shall immediately notify the retirement system that the member was survived by one or more children who are the subject of a child support order.
