Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When a person is convicted, sentenced, and confined in a workhouse, under sections 3113.01 to 3113.14, inclusive, of the Revised Code, the county from which he is so convicted, sentenced, and confined upon the warrant of the county auditor of such county, and out of the general revenue fund thereof, shall pay monthly fifty cents for each day he is so confined, to the trustee appointed by the court under such sections, to be expended by such trustee for the maintenance of the child under sixteen years of age.
