Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly A non-spousal artificial insemination shall be performed by a physician or a person who is under the supervision and control of a physician. Supervision requires the availability of a physician for consultation and direction, but does not necessarily require the personal presence of the physician who is providing the supervision.
