Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly The genetic testing required under an administrative genetic testing order shall be conducted by a qualified examiner authorized by the department of job and family services. On completion of the genetic tests, the examiner shall send a complete report of the test results to the agency.
