Effective: April 3, 2024 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly At the request of a person described in division (A) of section 3111.04 of the Revised Code, the child support enforcement agency of the county in which a child resides or in which the caretaker of the child resides shall determine the existence or nonexistence of a parent and child relationship between an alleged father and the child if an application for services administered under Title IV-D of the "Social Security Act," 88 Stat. 2351 (1975), 42 U.S.C. 651, as amended, or other IV-D referral has been completed and filed.
