Effective: October 20, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 191 - 123rd General Assembly Except as provided in section 3109.47 of the Revised Code, if a parent is convicted of killing the other parent of a child, no court shall issue a visitation order granting the parent visitation rights with the child.
